Are you ‘electrifying’?

Just as the 60 Pillars once guided me to leave my comfort zone and venture into the deserts of Egypt — it was the temples of the Nile that eventually guided me to Nepal.

In a meditative vision then, I was shown how the alchemy of Fire churned with the subtle force of Air, and from the merging of the two, the element of Lightning was born.

Within the land and temples of Nepal, the secret alchemy of Lightning and Tantra is held. It is no wonder their patron goddess is Vajrayogini… the ‘thunderbolt yogini’.

In the study of internal alchemy, Lightning is also known as ‘vidyut’; it is the electrical energy generated when one has purified their Prana, the vital breath. Which is why we have countless kriyas, mantras, and sadhanas to practice daily

On a mundane level though, purifying one’s Prana to generate internal vidyut heightens one’s perception and understanding — the ‘lightning of clarity and insight’ — as well as clearing away dense imprints in the auric field.
