The Great 400-Year Prophecy : Evolving from Tribal Consciousness into Conscious Autonomy The last 30 years have seen a steady surge in ‘New Age Movements’, self-help seminars, metaphysics craze, faux spirituality, and countless self-discovery modalities — I’ve finally understood why. Collectively, the earth is moving into A NEW 400-YEAR CYCLE OF EVOLUTION (based on the precession of the equinoxes). Different parts of the human brain, psyche, and energy centers are becoming co

Curses, Hexes, Charms... And the Tantric Path of the Divine Mother
Wisdom Dakini, Vajravarahi, With Her Face Hidden The mesmerizing Red Tara, with her bow and arrows of flowers, came into my life around 5 years ago. She was sent by someone I knew, to wreak havoc in my life. And it worked. It happened very gradually and subtly, over the course of one year. Despite having experience from my energy healing days and training in entity extraction, there was a part of me that was in denial. I kept telling myself that hexes were not real. Or pe

Mighty Alchemy of the 21 Taras
The world we live in today is weighed down by calamities (fire, wind, and water), mental disruptions, chaos politics, and rampant violence – particularly violence against women and children. These manifestations of ignorance (avidya) are poisons that have to be addressed at the subtle, root level of consciousness. Such needed ‘elixir’ can only be shaped spiritually through the combined cultivation of daily mantric practise, conscious action, energetic discernment, and heart

Eclipse Protocols: Grounding & Protection with Green Tara
(An Online Offering • 12/8 • by Sherwin) This total solar eclipse happening in Aug is gonna be a complicated one – occurring in the nakshatra of Ashlesha, the serpent star, which entwines and embraces too tightly. It represents the poisons yet-to-be-transformed within the karmic field. Sitting between the signs of Karka Simha (Cancer and Leo), this star also marks a purifying transition between Water and Fire elements, meaning that real healing can only truly happen when the

Land of the Glorious Mother Tara
Something shifted after our meditation at the Dakini’s Cave. A seed, long dormant, began to sprout. Perhaps that seed was planted 7 years ago when I was first in Ladakh? Or 15 years ago even, during my first visit to Tibet? Or: maybe from a previous lifetime. Of late though, I have been bogged down by a quiet despair. A part of me struggled to reconcile the violence unfolding in the world right now, on so many levels. The extreme ignorance to the extent of causing harm to

(17/6) Jupiter's Return: Transcending the Echo Chamber
~ Transcending the Echo Chamber • Revitalizing the Spirit [Online workshop by Sherwin] After 12 years, Jupiter finally returns to its exaltation in Cancer. Firstly, though: the yet-resolved energy of Gemini (prevailing from June 2025-2026) exists as the Echo Chamber psyche, an information pattern that distorts awareness, growth, and transformation. After all, Gemini is the sign of the Twins — two people telling each other exactly what they want to hear. “An echo chamb

Shiva's First Arrow
Sage Lakulisha, Preceptor of the Pashupata tradition, taken at Jageshwar Temple, Uttarakhand. The first time Shiva’s arrow pierced my mind, it would be in his fierce form, Virabhadra. More than 10 years ago, I was organizing a yoga asana intro workshop for an acquaintance, who was the teacher. She was addressing a group of eager participants, and I was just walking around making sure everything was in order… While explaining the origins of the Warrior poses, the teacher w
